GLENN SIMMONS, Director
Glenn Simmons has served on the board of
EWI Inc. since February of 2003. Glenn is the Vice Chairman of the
Board of Valhi Inc. and Contran Corporation. He is Chairman of the
Board of Keystone Consolidated Industries and CompX International
Inc. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors of various
NYSE listed companies including NL Industries, Inc., Titanium Metals
Corporation and Kronos Worldwide, Inc.

J. MARK HOLLINGSWORTH, Director
Mark Hollingsworth, J.D., first served on
the EWI Inc. Board of Directors from December 1998 through April
25, 2000. He rejoined the Board in November 2004. He is currently
the Vice President and General Counsel of Valhi Inc. and Contran
Corporation and General Counsel of CompX. Mark has served as legal
counsel of various companies related to Valhi and Contran since
1983. He had previously practiced law with Mitchell Company and
Keystone Consolidated Industries.

BOB O'BRIEN, Director
Bob O’Brien, CPA, serves on the Board
of Directors of EWI Inc. He is the Chief Financial Officer of Valhi
Inc. and Vice President and Treasurer of Valhi Inc. and Contran
Corporation. Bob has extensive experience in finance and accounting
and has held leadership positions with various companies related
to Valhi and Contran since 1988. He is a member of the Texas State
Society of Certified Public Accountants.

STEVE McELHINEY,
President
Steve McElhiney is the President of EWI Risk Services, Inc.
and also serves as the president of Tall Pines Insurance
Company (VT).
His insurance industry experience has spanned over two decades with
several leading insurance groups. His background in corporate finance and reinsurance provides
a unique insight into the recent convergence of the capital and reinsurance markets.
Prior to joining EWI Risk Services, Steve McElhiney served as:
- Corporate Treasurer of Argonaut Group
- Chief Financial Officer of Overseas Partners US Re
- Senior Vice President, Reinsurance of TIG Insurance
- Associate Director of Reinsurance of Fireman’s Fund
Steve has an extensive background in various insurance company financial issues as: credit and counterparty risk; catastrophe management;
economic capital; establishing a strategic risk framework; and capital management.
Steve has an MBA and B.S., cum laude, from the University of Southern California and
has attended an executive program at Northwestern Kellogg. He holds a CPCU, Associate in Reinsurance
and AIAF certificates.
He has been nominated to the CPCU Society National Board of Governors and is a board member of North America's SuperCorridor
Coalition and the Texas Health Resources Institute.

JORGE CARDONA, Senior Vice-President
Jorge Cardona, CPA, is a Senior Vice President
of EWI. Jorge provides financial expertise in the analysis and design
of reinsurance and customized insurance structures. Jorge has been with
EWI since 1988. Previously, Jorge was Assistant Controller for Financial
Security for Assurance, Inc., a monoline, financial guaranty insurance
company. He began his insurance industry career in 1984 in the financial
reporting area of Mutual of America Life Insurance Company.

TERRY HOLLEY, Senior Vice President, Marketing
Terry Holley serves as a Vice President of EWI Inc.
works with various primary and reinsurance clients developing efficient risk
solutions and providing strategic counsel. Prior to joining EWI, Inc. in 2001
as an Assistant Vice President, Terry served as a Senior Account representative
for E.W. Blanch Company now a part of the Benfield Group where he began his
career in the insurance industry after graduating the University of Texas at
Arlington School of Business Administration.

GLENN PETERSON, Senior Vice President,
Risk Management
Glenn Peterson, CPCU, CRM, ARM, CIC, serves
as Vice President of Risk Management for EWI Inc. Glenn works with
EWI clients to design, implement and effectively manage and mitigate
risks within client organizations. Prior to joining EWI in 2004,
Glenn was Director of Risk Management for DHL Express, the world’s
largest express and logistics organization where he was responsible
for risk management, loss control, insurance and bonds, claims supervision,
and contract issues in North and South America. He has also held
executive risk management positions with Sunbeam Corporation, Greenhill
Petroleum Corporation and Western Mining Corporation.

LYNN SHEILS, Senior Vice President, General Counsel
Lynn Sheils is a Vice President of EWI and
is responsible for the legal administration of contracts and various
litigation matters. Formerly, she was a partner at Cooper & Scully
and has extensive expertise as a litigator and legal analyst on various
insurance and reinsurance coverage issues. Lynn is a member of the Texas
State Bar and a graduate of SMU Law School and Texas Tech.

TONI GREEN, Assistant Vice President
Toni Green is the Supervisor of Claims for
EWI Inc. She is also a licensed Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster.
Toni is responsible for the supervision of both ongoing and legacy
claims for EWI clients including all property, casualty, life, accident
and health lines of business. Prior to joining EWI, Inc. in January
2005, Toni served as a Risk Analyst in the risk management department
for Contran Corporation and NL Industries where she began her insurance
career with a particular emphasis on claims analysis, in-take and
reporting.
